About the Project

LISTEN is an EU- funded project running from October 2024 until September 2026. It aims to foster citizens’ and communities’ engagement in discussions and actions related to solidarity and to impactful social initiatives that address the actual needs of socially excluded community members and those at risk of exclusion.

The LISTEN project advances the adoption of inclusive and innovative approaches by small community organisations to ensure the meaningful engagement of underprivileged or marginalized groups in social initiatives that will have a real impact on the community members’ needs.

Consortium

The LISTEN consortium consists of 5 project partners from four EU Member States: Greece, Portugal, Italy and Bulgarian.

The Observatory's Partnership with the Municipality of Topolovgrad

The Observatory's team is delighted to be partnering with the Municipality of Topolovgrad for this project. Located at the foot of the Sakar Mountain, Topolovgrad is a town rich in nature, history, and culture.
