Paper of Antoaneta Vassileva, First Vice-President of GRETA, on vulnerabilities to human trafficking and measures to prevent them, with focus on 4th evaluation round of the Convention. The 4th round also examines the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on trafficking, as it changes offenders’ methods and intensifies existing vulnerabilities, especially of children and young adults.  The meeting of the National Anti-trafficking Co-ordinators and Rapporteurs in Vienna, was co-organised by the Office of the OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings (OSR/CTHB) and the Council of Europe (CoE).
